Ojos de Dios. yarn, stick, pom pom. 30cmx30cm. 2017 |
This was the first artwork I have ever did. It is from south America. It means Eyes of god. I used yarn, sticks and pom pom. It's different to use the yarn to make this. I need to remember the way to use the line and make it like square. And I need to choose the colour. I want to choose the comfortable colour, so I need to careful to choose. Why the ojos de dios represent eyes of god?
First, I will find two branches. Second, I will find a people help me to hold the branches. Then I will start to use the yarn and let it be stable. Finally I will make it like the square.

Ojos de Dios have traditionally been created for celebration or blessing, presented as a gift or designed to bless a home.
